Dr. Shea, Clinical Professor at the University of Arizona. Her 17-year program of research focuses on the development of best practice methods for nurses (APRNs and RNs) using telehealth (synchronous and asynchronous modalities) to comprehensively assess patients. As the Assistant Nursing Director for the Arizona Telemedicine Program (ATP), internationally known for its contributions to the advancement of telemedicine, she is a trained Project ECHO facilitator and an active member of the Project ECHO Quality Improvement (QI) Collaborative.
