Jenny Quinn, RN, MSN, NNP-BC, MHA

Jennifer Duchon, MDCM, MPH, is a neonatal nurse practitioner and clinical practice manager for a community level III NICU at NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield, California. She received her MSN from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She trained and held a position as a NNP at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital prior to her current role. Today she is a Perinatal Quality Improvement Panel (PQIP) member in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC), which focuses on improving statewide neonatal outcomes. Having practiced neonatal nursing for 18 years with personal experiences of caring for infants and their families who suffer through NEC, she is hoping to impart her knowledge and participate in all aspects of the NEC-Zero project. She is entering the PhD program at the University of Arizona in fall 2015.
