Jordan Leonard, MD, FAAP

Jordan Leonard, MD, FAAP, is a clinical neonatologist with Desert Neonatal Associates in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Leonard has practiced as a neonatologist in Arizona for the last 10 years and currently is the medical director of the level III NICU at Banner Thunderbird Hospital in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Leonard completed his pediatric training at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, before completing his training in neonatal-fetal medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Ohio. Dr. Leonard’s clinical focus is on evidence-based neonatal practice, and he is an active member of the Banner Health System’s Pediatric Clinical Consensus Group. Dr. Leonard also has an interest in clinical nutrition and has spoken at several conferences on various topics regarding neonatal nutrition and growth.
